Matcha Base in Lin'an

Organic Matcha Farm

The Lin’an Matcha Base is located in the extension zone of the Tianmu Mountain Nature Reserve, with altitudes ranging from 250 to 800 meters and a forest coverage rate as high as 76.5%. This area features a subtropical monsoon climate with yellow-red soil rich in organic matter (pH 4.5–6.0), providing exceptional ecological conditions for tea cultivation.

Our base meticulously selects premium tea cultivars, including Longjing 43, Aolu, and Yabukita. Our management philosophy integrates traditional Chinese planting wisdom with modern international standards, maintaining an ecological polyculture system while implementing unified protocols and full traceability.

Prior to harvesting, we employ shading techniques to boost L-theanine levels and reduce tea polyphenols. This process minimizes bitterness and enhances the “umami” freshness, laying the foundation for our matcha’s signature vibrant green color, refreshing taste, and distinct seaweed (nori) aroma.

Matcha Base in Hangzhou Qiandao Lake

Organic Matcha Farm

The Qiandao Lake Matcha Base is located in Fengshuling Town, Chun’an County, nestled between lush mountains and the crystal-clear waters of Qiandao Lake. This region features a subtropical monsoon climate with deep, organic-rich yellow-red soil, creating an ideal ecological sanctuary for premium tea cultivation.

Our base meticulously selects elite tea cultivars, including Jiukeng, Longjing 43, and Zhongcha 108. Among them, the indigenous Jiukeng variety is renowned for its rich inner substances and refreshing, sweet aftertaste. Zhongcha 108, bred by the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, boasts an impressive amino acid content of 4.6% and tea polyphenols of 15.8%, ensuring exceptional tenderness and high-grade matcha quality.

Invested by a century-old Japanese tea enterprise, the base has been strictly following Japanese matcha production standards since its reclamation in 2006. All cultivation and management techniques have been personally taught and guided by experienced Japanese tea masters. This long-term commitment to Japanese-style precision management makes our ceremonial-grade matcha highly favored by professional matcha connoisseurs in Japan, Europe, and North America.

Matcha Base in Hubei Province

Organic Matcha Farm Hubei

Our Hubei Matcha Base leverages its unique ecological advantages, where abundant rainfall and lingering mountain mists provide the perfect environment for tea cultivation. The soil, primarily composed of well-aerated gravel and mineral-rich, selenium-abundant yellow loam, offers exceptional nutrients for the tea plants.

Our cultivar selection focuses on premium Japanese varieties such as Yabukita, Okumidori, and Asahi, complemented by high-quality domestic varieties like Zhongcha 108 and Longjing 43. This strategic mix allows for staggered harvesting, ensuring a consistent and stable supply of raw materials. In terms of management, we implement precision techniques including shading, integrated water-fertilizer systems, green pest control, and full-process mechanization, seamlessly merging traditional wisdom with modern standards.

Supported by strong local government initiatives, Hubei is rapidly building a comprehensive industry chain—from standardized plantation and intelligent processing to international quality benchmarking. With its growing industrial footprint, Hubei is set to become a premier hub for export-grade Matcha production in China.
