Our supply chain is anchored by five premium matcha plantations, spanning a total area of approximately 3,500 mu (233 hectares) with an annual yield of 200 tons. To meet the global demand for clean-label products, 70% of our tea gardens are managed under strict organic standards. By cultivating five distinct tea cultivars—Jiukeng, Longjing 43, Zhongcha 108, Aolv, and Yabukita—we are able to offer a stable supply and a versatile flavor profile, ensuring we meet the specific sensory requirements of every client.
Mastering the Art of Matcha Production
Our journey from fresh leaf to Tencha (the raw material of matcha) begins immediately after harvest. To preserve the vibrant green hue and distinctive ‘Luxiang’ (oven-baked aroma), we utilize traditional steam-fixing and classic red-brick kiln roasting. From initial leaf storage to the final Tencha stage, our 8-step proprietary process embodies a rigorous artisanal spirit. Every stage is meticulously monitored to ensure that the resulting matcha meets the highest standards of purity, color, and flavor for our global partners.
