What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For new partners, we offer a minimum order quantity of 50 kg for the first trial order to help you test the market. However, we generally recommend an annual purchase volume of at least 300 kg. This allows us to provide a more competitive wholesale price and ensures a more stable supply chain for your business.
Do you provide organic certifications (EU/USDA)?
Yes, absolutely. Our tea gardens and processing facilities are fully certified according to EU and USDA Organic standards. We understand the importance of compliance for our international partners. For every shipment, we provide the corresponding Transaction Certificate (TC) to ensure 100% traceability and quality assurance from the source to your warehouse.
What is your estimated lead time for shipment？
Our standard lead times are based on order volume to ensure the highest quality and freshness of our matcha:
- For orders between 50 kg and 300 kg: Shipment will be made within 7–10 days after order confirmation.
- For orders between 300 kg and 1 metric ton: Shipment will be made within 3–5 weeks after order confirmation.
